Les principes de l’abonnement :
l’abonnement est un programme auquel vous pouvez souscrire pour recevoir automatiquement vos produits de Grow Green , une fois tous les 3 mois
Vous êtes engagé sur une période de 12 mois, soit 4 livraisons de 3 boites de Moringa
Au delà de la période contractuelle de 12 mois minimum, vous pouvez choisir de renouveler celui ci
Mise en place de l’abonnement :
Il vous suffit de vous rendre sur la boutique et de choisir le produit abonnement Moringa correspondant à vos besoins, de placer dans votre panier l’abonnement au produit désiré, et poursuivre le process d’achat comme pour une commande classique.
Votre première livraison interviendra dans la semaine suivant la réception de votre commande d’abonnement.
La date du premier envoi sert de calcul pour les dates des envois suivants qui seront positionnés tous les 3 mois. Exemple: 1ère livraison le 15/01, les livraisons suivantes seront le 15/04, le 15/07, le 15/10…(dates approximatives selon calendrier)
Paiement de votre abonnement :
Le paiement de l’abonnement se fait par achat de l’abonnement comme un article habituel trimestriellement ou quadrimestriellement suivant les produits, avant chaque envoi.
Votre commande ne sera expédiée qu’après son règlement.
En cas d’incident de paiement, l’abonnement sera suspendu.
Sans régularisation immédiate ou en cas d’incidents répétés, le programme d’abonnement peut être annulé
Produits refusés, retournés :
En cas de changement de nom, adresse, coordonnées bancaires, numéro de téléphone ou adresse mail, nous vous serions reconnaissants de nous en avertir par mail ou téléphone, afin que nous puissions modifier vos données dans nos fichiers avant expédition de votre commande automatique.
Si une livraison est refusée pour quelque raison que ce soit, ou si elle est retournée à nos entrepôts, les laboratoires se réservent le droit de facturer des frais de réexpédition pour tenter une deuxième livraison.
En cas d’incidents réguliers de livraison, le programme d’abonnement pourra être annulé.
Annulation de l’abonnement :
Au-delà de la période contractuelle de 12 mois, vous êtes libre d’annuler votre programme d’abonnement en écrivant à Grow Green (à [email protected]) à l’adresse ci-dessous, au minimum 4 semaines avant la date prévue de votre prochain envoi.
En cas de réception de votre résiliation dans un délai inférieur à 4 semaines avant la date de votre prochain envoi, le prélèvement et ce dernier envoi seront effectués, puis votre abonnement résilié.
Seulement les clients connectés ayant acheté ce produit peuvent laisser un avis.
